  3. I think my personal blog suddenly transforms from being a food blog to an equal rights blog to a cute stuff blog to current politics blog to random funny things blog periodically.

And occasionally I post something personal about my own life.

Maybe that’s why so many other people have multiple blogs.

How To Force Yourself To Eat HealthyTo have healthy eating habits is a goal that many of us try to work towards, but eventually fail at. For a couch potato, this is probably the toughest goal to accomplish. Here are a few pointers to convince your mind to eat healthy, and to force yourself to do so.Throw Away Everything UnhealthyIf you have any sort of addicting unhealthy foods tucked away in your house, you will always have the urge to eat them in the back of your head. If you don’t have access to unhealthy foods, you will be unable to destroy your health.Stock Up on Healthy SnacksReplace your junk food with some healthy snacks. If you do get a craving for food, then you have something to eat and you won’t gain 10 pounds just from eating it.
